There are no exact numbers that I could find but the best rule of thumb is that there are 250,000 Americans who are spinal cord injured; 52% of spinal cord injured individuals are considered paraplegic and 47% quadriplegic. So approximately the same ratio as quadriplegics would probably hold for people driving from their wheelchairs but not all paraplegics use a wheelchair for mobility so the number of them who are in a wheelchair and drive would be lower.
