I dont realy know what happened but i seemed to leave my body i went to the mirror and i was a blurry vision of myself surrounded by colours,pink,blue and yellow i remember,i turned round and there were 3 men in the room 1 was stood up he had dark hair at the sides and bold on top he had black framed glasses on he spoke in an unwelcoming manner,the 2nd man was sat on the settee he told him not to be impolite,he was older with grey hair,he wore braces on hie trousers,sat next to him cowed up with a rug wrapped round him was an even older man he didnt speak he looked frail.Another time late at night i was about to go upstairs,all the lights were off in the house,and at the top there was a small in hieght figure stood it seemed to be made of a bright white light there were no features just a body shape yet seemed solid,its hard to explain,i turned the light on then off but it had gone.Also when i was about 15 i woke to see a tall sillohette of wahat i assumed was aman wearing a black hooded cloak i could tell by the shape that his head was covered.I have many strange things happen tome that i dont understand,i often leave my body when im asleep,i dont try it just happens,its like im floating round the room i see myself in bed,im fully concious of whats happening,i feel wide awake but not in my body.Sometimes i can hear people talking about me so clearly but cant see them,sometimes the room is the same when im there and other times things are different like there was a bunch of green and red balloons in the room.I dont understand why this happens to me does anyone have any ideas or experienced anything like this.
