officer of internal affairs

This rank is designed for one or two highly active and sociable horses within Hawkmeadow.
The officer(s) of internal affairs are designed to aid their leaders in;

finding and eradicating foreign infiltrators in the meadow's ranks. Occasionally harems introduce new schemes to permeate the barrier of secrecy between harems using spies that pose as acceptance seekers in an enemy harem. Before accepting these seekers the leader refer to their OIAs to seek their opinion on a few issues including those below. Holders of this rank are expected to communicate with these fledgling hawks in interview like situations.

Suggestive judgements are a pinicle of this rank, and should be composed at least once every 10 days - hence the high activity required. After interviewing them and drawing their own opinions Officers report to the leads/SICs on their recomendations of a suiting rank.
looking after the lower ranked's interests and representing them and their opinions/ideas. OIAs are spokeshorses for those below them, especially broods, recently accepted and seeking acceptance. Ideas, opinions and viewpoints can be put to these officers, and regardless of their opinions they will share them with the leaders in OOC or IC.
