. . eternal zephyr played at locks of ivorn siren, tapered thorns swiveling about as newly-promoted sentinel raised sconce, void depths searching, searching . gaze alights on figure of pilot christened rogue, string of notes sent forth from well-conditioned vocals . almost simultaneously, easy-going three-beat cadence erupts from atical tips, marring sod as ella begins saunter in direction of leader . yet she takes her time, slowing or stopping along the way as needed or desired, a soft greeting here, a quick clip of the surrounding foliage there . there was no rush . rogue would still be there when she got there . make no mistake, she did not wish to offend anyone, make them wait . but time was not at a premium - on the contratry, they had lots and lots of time . and so limbs piloted bulk forth, ever so calmly

. . what you wish you knew

. . well, soon i'll get to meet the other half of the innocent, his right hand, one might say . so i guess this is it, though this is not the last it, to be sure . this is only the first it, and i certainly hope more are on the way . so why rush it? . i'll take this upbeat spirit of mine, resiliancy shining through as best i can, and make my way toward rogue, all in good time
