tu peux calculer ton indice de masse corporelle pour voir si tu es "normale". fait le calcul:
poigd en KG divisé par ( taille en mètre fois taille en mètre)= IMC
Si tu trouves entre 17 et 25, tu es normale; entre 25 et 30, tu as quelques kilo en trop; entre30 et 50 , tu es obèse (ou presque).
Voici quelques conseils pour perdre du poid:
- manger à heures régulières et assis
-ne manges que quand tu as faim
-ne boit que de l'eau
-attends 5min avant de te resservir pour voir si tu as vraiment faim
-brosses toi les dents quand tu as envie de grignoter
-comme encas mange un fruit frais
-fait tes courses le ventre plein
-mange lentement
-écris tous ce que tu mange
-fait du sport
ATTENTION: tu ne dois pas perdre plus 1/2 kilo par semaine!
