I like it. It's got a lot of merit, but I could see it slowing a game down. I suppose if someone wants to do such a thing, they would have the option and would need to state the "facts" quickly.

It could also be something that's available to anyone once per encounter and they can use it when "inspiration strikes".

It'd be neat to try out. I'd also like to see the stuff Paul is talking about. :)
