Subject: no dice role playing......

Yes, there are systems that are out there that have no dice rolling. Even during initial character generation. After the character is completed, you put the character in your back pocket and play. Only pulling him/her/it out when you need to reference something. All actions are based on PURE roleplaying. If you get up and walkaround, you are in character, you eat something you are in character. When certain actions arise, you use Rock, Paper, Scissors (sometimes pending on what level you gain other types).

Some notes on Larps, a small 3 or 4 player larp is tiny. The average I saw in Virginia on a normal game night from 1pm to 8am was about 30 people. On a typical gaming convention there was about 100 to 300 people playing this one game. My storyteller at this time was perhaps the best on the east coast.

Personally, I like LARP, and I hate LARP.

Where the Live part sometimes gets way way way to serious.
