You can do that but it won't hamper his spell casting unless he's casting a full round spell.

The way you force a Concentration check is to ready an action triggered vs "that Wizard casts a spell". Readying an action is a standard action and the only action you can ready is another standard action -- you're simply delaying it for latter in the round and it will be triggered by, and complete, before the triggering action completes. If the trigger never happens (like, the lich queen uses a magic item or makes a melee attack or moves into full cover!) then congratulations, your thumb stays nice and warm lodged neatly in your ass and you lose that round's action.

Now, assuming that the Wizard *does* cast and Khren's attack *is* triggered, I get to fire a single arrow (standard action) and, presuming I hit, the caster must make a Concentration check vs 10+damage dealt. A single arrow from my bow deals 28pts of damage on average. A 38 concentration check is not impossible, and probably easy to make.

Chris suggested using the manyshot feat which would allow me to fire 4 arrows at once as a standard action. Not only don't I have the feat but I'd interpret the rules such that the Wizard doesn't make a single check vs the sum of all the damage but 4 seperate checks -- 1 for each arrow.
