Subject: Poison Feat?

I was thinking about this earlier. If you have a poison and it has a low save DC, say 12, once you get into a mid ranged or higher level game the poison will almost never work. How about either a feat, or general rule, where everytime the poison is used on same person within a minute the save DC goes up by one.

For example, an archer(12th level fighter) has his arrows coated with the above poison. He is preparing an ambush and gets the jump on his quarry. He gets the surpise action and the quarry is hit with the arrow. It takes damage, but makes the save easily. The next round for every time he hits his quarry the save DC goes up by one since he is putting so much of the poison into his quarry's system.

Is this too much for a general rule and should be a feat or is it too powerful to even be a feat?
