449: In this year Ma'urik and V'lent Inial obtained the Kingdom of Toteth and reigned seven years. In their days Grol Utha was King of the Angustians, came to Toteth at a place called Stacresh at first to help the Totethians against the sahuagin, the first people, but later Grol Utha fought against them, in forbidden alliance with the sahuagin, and conquered Toteth, and made of it a kingdom of Angust.

Toteth had been a living place, a place of greenery and of powerful druidism - this was destroyed by the Angustians. It became a place where destructive drugs were grown for the Angustians' decadent desires for malevolent magics. Within a hundred years, it became a place of death and undeath, and a place where necromancy was practiced. In 673 another war took place.

Toteth had threatened to send armies of the undead against Oard in anger over a trade dispute. The undead slayers were sent to Toteth in a great war that lasted five years. Toteth won the war, but was so impressed by the Oardians and T'borri that, in the end, Toteth was given to the Prince of Toteth, Ubelloch Geldmantel, who traveled to Oard and learned the ways of Chaos. Ubelloch became the Chaos Lord O'Bel, and Toteth became a practicing Chaos City. Couthen, however, was hidden by O'bel, in a null-magic zone, and only the Chaos Lords of Toteth know its location.

The dragons are saddened that they do not know the location, and that the Chaos Lords of Toteth died out, for they cannot sense any living human members of that line.
