Subject: A new spell

I think we need a cleric spell that would effectively lower an armor's encumberance by one level. I.e. A character is wearing plate mail. He casts this spell on himself and the armor functions as medium armor for the spell duration. I think a duration of 1 minute/level would be good. What level of spell would this be?
