Hihetetlen is an archeologist. He is currently missing. He has written many books on the history of Bakari and the ancient culture that was once there.

He was reasonably objective in his findings. He rarely discussed Angust in his works and it is likely he knew no more or less than any average person about Angust. Although he left no written evidence of his feelings about Angust, it would be reasonable to presume he had been taught that it was an evil, decadant place.

That tended to be the general consensus of most of the people of that time, regardless of religion. Although few records survive, those that do indicate the people were pleased to be free of the shackles the Angustians kept on them, including the dread Chaos Lords.

Not unless you are an elf. He has severely curtailed his associations with non-elves and does not like to be intruded upon these days. Most requests to see or speak to him are channelled to his assistant, Shiss'huhl the Elder.
