Well, I don't have many spell-slingers, but I'm gonna use that on my spells that do damage... :) That's means Xalandra's grappled Dissolving Touch or Breath of the Dragon powers can do 11 to 44 points of damage. Instead of 27 average. I like the CHAOS in that!

When you think about it, it's done the same way as weapon damage. (at least compared to a crit)
