>Dear Susan,
I guess there's no same "for sure" cure for any 2 people. I can only tell you what worked for me. I worked with one therapist and one Psychiatrist for 14 years. We found a formula that works for me. I don't know what will work for you.
First, before I lay down , I ask God to help me lie down on a pillow of faith and not a pillow of fear. I ask for guidance in letting go of any anxiety the day might have brought up. I ask that God help me do what I've not been able to do alone:
Forgive the past and let it go.
Free me from blaming others for anything.
Work out in my dreams the direction I may be of most service.
I hope this helps someone out there. Love, Patsy

Hi Patsy,

The more I come here and read your words, the more of a fan I become. You have shown such compassion and love. You are truly a phenomenal person.

If what they say is true, that what goes around comes around, then you are due many, many blessings!

Much love and adoration,

Mitch
