Greetings everyone,

I would like to invite you to join in a group meditation that is happening accross the country through our "Rainbow Tribes". It is the time of samhain again (Halloween), the time of honouring our ancestors, the two worlds are very close. the realm of the living and the realms of the dead. a time of letting go and of going within our being. Nature is closing down, the leaves are dropping and the seeds are falling. Life takes on a period of dark time, before the spring comes around.

I invite you you on Sunday 31st, at 9pm to enter into meditation and link with us.

1. Light a candle, and know that as you do this, others are doing this also.
2. Spend a few moments reviewing your life, go over in your minds eye what you have experienced this year - or this life - and go through all your happy times and not so happy times.
3. Is there any emotions you wish to left go off?, Is there anyone you have lost contact with? Or has transitioned through death? This is a good time now to let go. A time to complete, you may wish to say something to them, something you wish you could have said wilst they were alive. This is a good time to complete.
4. It is also a time of reviewing and integrating what you have learned and review happy times and celebrating your accomplishments. Make some positive affirmations from what you have witnessed. IE "Because I am good with animals, I love myself" "because I give time to others, I love myself"
5. There is an eclipse of the moon at 3.20 am tommorow Thursday, a pentagram planetary alignment and a full moon at samhain � it is a powerful time of transformation, balancing male and female energise and intergrating of our past.
6. You are now invited to join with us, in meditation. Open your heart. Feel the earth beneath you and send her loving feelings, feel the sky above you and be aware an open to how it feels. Know that as you open to love that everyone else is doing so. Feel the energise of everyone in the rainbow tribes extending theres heart energy out in all directions. Breath, give willingly, receive willingly. We are a web of light and as a consequence all beings will be able to feel and receive. When you feel ready, you may like to OM for a while. Empower you sound with the feelings of your blessings.
