Subject: 2 night loop hike

Hi,

Looking for an easy to no more than moderate hike starting this Friday afternoon(or next if it's raining heavily) and going a maximum of 4 miles or so to a shelter, perhaps 7 to 10 max on Saturday to another shelter and then no more than 4 miles or so out on Sunday. Hoping someone can recommend a loop somewhere on an easier section of the AT or other well marked trail(s). Info on a good guide/map set and on current trail(and black fly) conditions would be appreciated as well. Returning to hiking after back injury so I'd like to start with something relatively benign. 2 people in party - experienced but out of shape. ;-) Thanks in advance.
