There is a regional trail index at http://hikenh.netfirms.com/TDregion.htm although the associated map seems to be AWOL - will fix

Listing by difficulty is a good idea although inherently subjective

If you want a relatively level walk, I'd suggest the Wilderness Trail (first 5 miles) or Zealand Trail, for a short walk with uphill try Blue Job or Lockes Hill
