Well, I'm no great writer like Batchick, but here's my idea:
After the whole "No Act of Volition" crisis, Selina moves to a different town, but a few weeks after moving into her new home, she notices some strange things. She seems to notice somebody following her. In fear of getting hurt, she goes back to Gotham with Isis, as Catwoman. She finds Harley and Ivy, and they seem to have the same problem. The three go around and some investigating. They find the person behind it is the Ventriloquist and Scarface. After humiliating the Joker and Two-Face in No Act of Volition, Scarface is pretty mad thinking that the male population of crime is coming in second place to the females.
Sorry if my idea sucks. I just hope Batchick likes it.
