Thanks for your Art of Heart,
intuitive of forever young,
of one's musical, poetic souls.
A tad of history punk as the
understatement of the night.

We've just lost your physical self
yet you still be with us, forever more.
Once again, the Master of Vin, Ramone music
with long time friend Mark,
Is it David Frick or am I “Thick as a Brick; those who
comfort my spirit of inspiration with the of losing you
' in the flesh', now your in our life's, evermore.
They DJ-ed you tonight on WFUV, you singing
"Life goes ....?[gas]?.....whoa, whoa, yea... “
'You've got to press on' says another.
Your Rolling Stone issue,
in a couple of weeks or so.
Honouring what you gave us.

A tease of a question
rather than serious,
guess I'm just now, forever curious.

For Joey as Jeffrey, in a narrow hallway,
saw you once, our ships passing in the night.
From under bangs of our sexes different,
we smiled and nodded shyly to each other.
Had just missed before with Big Apple
or wFMU of waves of air,
but that one NYC evening, was the closest,
with the most-ess!

The whole of the band,
still holds musical curiously,
for me, if ever, when the time.
Were so tall & shy,
with twinkles in your eyes.

When I heard tonight,
how you phoned four weeks
ahead, of your too young 49 demise,
wanting to send, demos to Squire Records,
of a Band that touched your even-song.
Shows your loving prowess.

Thanks ever so, of your help,
learning & teaching.
That it's alright to be,
forever a child within, for me.
