Why is it so, that the miles unfold
and untold words say much more
or even less! what do they say?

For what has past does lie broken
those token ties forsaken are torn
while shadows can simply be.

Your warmth it can inspire allure
still unsure? I think of no doubt
cast aside in-spite of everything.

Away I never walked, or no intent!
will lay content within your arms
while sleep our slowing breaths.

Another goodbye cannot portray
or convey each underlying thought,
I think perhaps, this silence does…
