This one goes out to Greenpeace & The Rainforest project, it is part of a song I wrote that won an arts & music award. I am more proud to be involved in these organisations than I was to receive an award...the song I wrote is called "Stay out of the Rain" and these lyrics are a part of it..."Stay out of the Rain" is a message to "stay out of the Rainforest"...thanks for your time to read my work.(The first stanza is to show the wide variety of the Worlds cosmetic and material gifts. The rest is to show the real point of the poem.)..at least I hope??????????

Chinese rice & Indian spice
Brazillian nuts, African huts
wide Irish sea & fresh herbal tea
hot French souffle, the way we see the World today,

Canadian Bears & tell me do you really care?
Stop chopping down trees & polluting our seas
leave the Rainforest alone and protect those innocent animals from becoming extinct
Stop & think before you pour those chemicals down your kitchen sink
Stop all forms of racism in your proud country, itīs not the way!
IS THIS THE WAY WE LIVE IN THE WORLD TODAY?
