Well hello everyone and thank you for the invitation, Rafael, best of luck to you here.
ok ok a poem? hmmmm let's see what I have here!

Burying Bodies

He said he knew
where all the bodies
were buried.
I'm knee deep
in water here,
even bleach
doesn't remove
the stains.
I'm building a wall;
keep in the
chill of approaching
winter.
I'm losing my mind,
leaving burning
cigarettes in the kitchen,
searching the ashtray
next to my desk.
Some of these
caramel white center creams
should bring me back.
Sugar and lace
and all things nice.
So un-me.
Feed me some
happy crappy
"wonderful as usual"
theory to sink my teeth
into, bite to chew and spit
you back out.
Eerie scales of the
funeral march play
behind this rock
singer's tone.

She was selling
her religion
while her male
partner {she called
him a friend}
stood behind her,
smiling silly.
She couldn't see in,
I locked my door
and told her I could
see her and I wasn't
interested in her books.
