Well I guess you probably don't need a reminder if you're this far in to the site, I must have posted the dat on just about all the pages!

Anyhoo, the FRESHERS SPECIAL on Tuesday 24th September will be going ahead!
The Venue is THE CELLAR, which, for those of you who don't know it, it's behind + underneath Manchester University Students Union, where the dispicable Horny is.

This night is being run as the Club Trop alternative.

Expect to hear Top Tunes ALL NIGHT! Our DJs will be spanning over 30 years of the very best in popular indie, PLUS tunes that we think are worthy of being up there with the greats (ie. stuff before 'indie' was invented)!

We will be playing a bit of 60's mod/rock from the likes of the Kinks, Who + Stones, 70's Glam (courtesy of Bowie, T-Rex, Blondie and friends), The Smiths (obviously!), Madchester, Britpop, New Wave, Nu Rock&Roll (my own made up term for Strokes, Hives, BRMC etc.) and a hell of a lot more!

So if you think you're up for 4hours of Cheap Drinks, Dancing and all out partying then this is definitely THE Freshers Week event to come to!
