I don't understand this analogy. So the shoe is the intellectual property and the swoosh is the packaging? Or is it the other way around? Either way, you're paying for both, not just one of them. And how is this the future for entertainment? Companies won't have to license anime anymore because intellectual property is free? And then whoever puts the most famous brandname/logo on the cover gets all the sales?
