She welcomes her mother's attentions with delight, but almost immediately after her heart has settled does her muzzle shift to travel searchingly along her mother's barrel in search of that life-giving substance that only the mare can give her. When she finds the source her lips move possessively and she welcomes that even more than the comforting carresses of the mare.

With a grin she nuzzles the filly's patched hindquarters. "Well, as soon as she's done eating we can go. I bet she's in Evil Valley, and if she isn't your grandfather will be there," She smiled a bit wider as she realized that he was a great-grandfather now.

His gaze trips away from the priceless daughter to now observe the mare thoughtfully. "Grandfather..." his brow furrows slightly as he realizes an important fact- he had only met his grandfather about once in his lifetime. Of course he had heard of the horse and had even seen him quite a few times... and yet, how can that be enough when introducing one's daughter? He shrugs the doubt away abruptly and he nickers a soft agreement. "Killing two birds with one stone, hm? All the better to show her off..." he adds with no little pride.

That very patched, multi-colored pelt upon which the mother rests her muzzle twitches. Whiteness staining the brown that colors her delicate visage, she removes her head from under to glance contently at the two. Her mother approves of this stallion? She gives the stallion a second take. WELL... he does smell sort of familiar, and sort of nice. The filly gives an experimental sniff, licking the whiskers that form around her mouth as she does so. Yes, definitely familiar, and definitely nice. She suddenly utters a curious nicker and presses against her protective mother with questioning tones in her bright eyes.

And by the way, she seems to say so silently, I'm done.

It made her feel so.. special, to be loved unconditionally. Clearing her throat she headed towards Evil Valley. "C'mon Daigal, we can't sit around all day, honestly."
