Never mind a tutor, I don't even have a set of pipes: I'm learning the tin whistle for starters. Living in Torbay, I'm delighted to have learned of SWAUP. It's my ambition to own a set and learn to play, but I would really appreciate some advice on how best to invest in a practice set.
