I bought a recording program from John Tran (john.316@juno.com) owner of www.theophanymusic.com and I feel like I was done wrong. Now in John Trans ebay add it said there would be no manual with the program. Well I figured when I owned the program I would just get another from the company. So I bid on the program ( I paid three hundred dollars for it ) I won. So I called up the company to get a new manual. They said I couldn't until John tran signed the program over to me....so I figfured no problem I'll just ask John to do that for me and that would be that. Well John refused to let me own the program rights. Now I get no text support, I have to learn how to use the program the hard way, and I get no upgrades for the program. I have argued with John Tran to sign the program over to me to no avail. If you ask John he will tell you I have been unreasonable, but I ask you, do you think paying three hundred dollars for a program and not getting to own it, then getting pissed off about it sounds unreasonable? Well the meaning of this post is to let ANYONE know that is doin bussiness with this man...........BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
