There were like 10 spots in 20 min of talking of awkward silence, with me ending it with "Well I uh, gotta go so I'll keep in touch through the week, and we'll plan to go out on friday." I kept going "so....". She also started talking about going to a "head shop" where you can buy pipes. I was like "Uhh...so your into that sort of thing?" and she's just like "well...no" so i'm like "wtf?". At one point I'm all "So...what do you guys do for fun in lancaster?" and she's all "By guys you assume I have friends right?" and I said "Right" and she was silent for a second, then she goes "Yeah well I play the guitar in my room and paint usually, and take care of my cousin (younger)." And the awkward silent struck again. Then she starts talking random bs about her day and all that to which i often reply "uh huh" or "yeah". Finally leading up to her saying "My friend wanted a picture of me and my ex making out so i gave her one." Joey made me feel a little better about it by telling me him and sheila did the same thing, the awkward silence moments. It made me laugh cause joey was like "yeah they just sit there waiting for you to say something, and your just like please god let this end."
