Im going to get Novice Bounty Hunter and only master the Investigating Column and Master Rifleman. My reason for Mastering Rifleman is because Rifle's are slow but long range and pack a huge punch. A good rifle hit can take a player out in one shot. As it is now, I have Novice Rifleman and I can take 6k life NPC's out, but just barely. Npc bounties are usually around 10k life so if i master Rifleman i should easily be able to take them out.
