Subject: My Pet, Middle Aged Chinese Man

When I was eight, everyone on my street had a pet dog or cat. I would always see them in there front lawns playing with them. The kids would throw the Frisbees and the dogs would catch them. The cats would rub up against there legs. And it was cute. So I wanted to feel this nice warm feeling that all my neighbors were feeling. So when my parents were around the diner table, I brought it up. “Mom and Dad I would like a dog”, I asked. My dad flat out said, “No, It will poop poop all over the house”. So then I asked can I get a cat. My mom was like, “I am allergic to cats, if we had a cat, I would die a harable death. You wouldn’t want that to happen would you.” After being shot down with my first ideas for pets, I tried others. I asked for fish, hamsters, snakes, rabbits, and they said NO to all of them. Then I started to cry. My parents tried to calm me down but they couldn’t. I told them I wanted a pet, and if I couldn’t get a pet, I would not be happy. So my dad thought, and thought, then he said to my mom, “Well I do know this middle aged Chinese guy, do you think we could get that for our son as a pet”. My mom said, “It sounds fine to me, I don’t believe I am allergic to Chinese People.” I become very happy. I was going to have my very own middle aged Chinese guy for a pet. My dad rushed out of the house to pick him up, while my mom and me looked up on the internet to see what middle aged Chinese guys eat. And we found a cage down in the basement to put him in.
As soon as my dad came home, I saw my middle aged Chinese man just look around and see his home for the first time. I named him Rover. I took him out in the front lawn, and we played Frisbee, I tought him to play dead, and to give me his paw. Rover even ruffs up against my leg to show me how much he cares about me. I but a leach on him, and I walk him around the block. Actually he walks me because he is so strong. Rover is the bestest middle aged Chinese man anyone could have.
Sadly I only had Rover for a year. My neighbor Wanta accidentally hit him with the car. That was the sadest day of my life. My dad asked me if I wanted another middle aged Chinese guy, but I said NO. It would have just reminded me on Rover. He was my best friend. I told him how much I cared for him, before we flushed him down the toilet. Rover you were great, I will remember the times we had together, I will and always love you. You will forever be missed. RIP Rover the bestest Middle aged Chinese Man ever.
