Antall utøvere, tildels svært unge som invalidiseres og dør i sammengheng med norsk toppidrett er skremmene høyt.

En kan si det så sterkt at de fleste unge som kjøres inn i dette systemet blir invalide, dør eller oplever økonomisk ruin i tidlig alder.

Dette skyldes et ufortsvarlig hardt tysisk treningspress og medisinsk manipulasjon for å styrke resulatene på bekostning av utøvernes fysiske og psykiske helse.

Resulatat er fatale fysiske sykdomstilfeller som opptrer både utenom trening eller akutt under trening, fatale treningsskader, eller psykisk svekkelse med fatalt utkomme.

Plutselig hjertestans under fysisk aktivitet i disse miljøene er velkjente, men også galopperende infeksjoner og krefttilfeller. Kroniske svekkelser innen bevegelsesapparatet etter en viss tids karriære er nærmest uungåelig.

Det siste velkjente offer er hopptalentet Thea Kleven som døde 17.12.2018, et par uker etter at un falt og skaded seg i hoppbakken. Det er lagt lokk på omtale av hendelsen, hvilket får en til å tro at ledelsen og det medisinske apparatet, eller de som bahanlet henne på sykehuset beskyttes.

Håndballidolet Kjersti Grini omtaltes også nylig i media. Hun er blitt ivalid med uhyggelige smerter.

Dødsfallene i langrennsmiljøet omtaltes så meget at det ikke er nødvendig å nevne navn.

Men en bør kanskje nevne Alexander Oen Dale som døde av hjerteinfarkt på treningsleir. En skylder her på at han hadde forsnevrede blodårer. Kaskje hadde han dette til en viss grad, men dette kan ikke ha vært så alvorlig at det førte til dødsfallet. En som har alvorlig forsnevrede kransarterier klarer ikke å drive idrett på dtte nivået. Han døde av uforsvarlige trenigsmengder og medisinsk manipulasjon.

Jeg vil herved advare alle foreldre not å bringe barna sine inn i toppidretten eller klubbmiljøer som aspirerer mot toppidrett. Jeg oppfordrer heller til å trene med barna helt privat for helsegevinst fornuftig kroppsbygging og kroppsnytelse.
