She finally had time to go find some friends. Although she arrived under the cover of darkness, she suspected that there was still horses romping in the forest. Her brown coat gleamed in the moonlight. I've always loved the darkshe thought to herself. She walked into a clearing and stared at the stars. Lost in her own thoughts. If you must know, I look at the stars as my family. I was bought when I was 3 to come live with Lani. Although I have a pedigree, I never really knew my parents. I feel my heritage lies with the stars, never to be reveiled untill we rest among them. the distant look in her eyes shows that she isn't reciting some memorized piece of writing, this is from the heart.
