Subject: family search for Fletcher,Austin

My Great Grandparents William fletcher (commercial traveller) and Alice Hannah Austin (born Manchester) had a son William James Fletcher.He was born in 1876 in Rock Ferry. I can't find any record of their marriage. she was stated to be unmarried in the 1881 census and in 1896 married William Banner of Runcorn.
I would be glad of any info about my great grandfather.
William Fletcher. Where he was born. Who his parents were etc.A reply from someone connected to my family would be great. Margaret
