[.x.] frankly, he was glad the guy had vanished. the man made him uncomfertable and-no, he thought firmly. but yes. the man made him jealous. something about the way he and lily were such good friends; it made him feel squashed out, like someone had shoved him into a corner at a party. 'well, idiot, of course she had friends back were she came from. better friends. she'd be happy to see them again.' mentally, he glared inward. you ought to be happy.' but he wasn't. realising he'd paused and seemed to be stating off into space he jerked, coming to. turning away, briar spoke gruffly, almost harshly, and couldn't stop himself though he knew he was overreacting. [.x.]

"let's go. this place is giving me the creeps."

[occ-ok...that was...tempermental. but sortta justified. hehe, oh well. anyways.]
