.».and so she begins the first attack of the duel. her outfit is a simple one, composed primarily of dark colours as her specialty was duels in darkness. except for the two circlets clasped around her forearms, of course. the silver bracelet like clamps suddenly faded; an illusion from the combination of the wind god, byakko, and the water god's, seiryuu, powers. though their full potential could not be brought forth unless their forms were out in the open, her summoning strength still allowed the oriental princess to use their powers. if one were to examine her arms, then the two chinese characters on each arm would probably be the first thing to catch their attention--especially the glowing word of 'fire'. of course, if one took the time to even merely glance at the words, they wouldn't see her first attack coming.

.».her voice is calm and level as she says the japanese words, clearly an incantation to help in the process of her summoning. not required, but something of aid. as her words come forth, a shrill cry resounds through the air, all but shuddering the air into waves as the phoenix emerged. the fire around the mystic bird blazed brightly, engulfing the right arm out of which the god emerged. the flames bore a resemblance to white instead of the red that would be expected, but then again, when fire reaches high temperatures, it no longer stays the crimson it is originally tainted, does it? the bird of fire flaps it's large wings, bringing blasts of fire raining down from the sky that burned holes into the ground (errmm..the blasts are targeting at//around halo, in case i'm not clear enough), their owner rising into the air with another cry, detaching itself from lily's arm. the fourteen year old, meanwhile, stays on the ground, her kougan anki held carefully and ready for combat.
