I am interested in your comments regarding Shailendra Sharma. Some people are putting this man forward as a modern kriya master, but he came to Satya Charan Lahiri only in 1984 (i.e. he has been practising kriya for less time than many people who participate on this board), and Satya Charan passed away at the start of 1987.

It seems unlikely to me that Satya Charan Lahiri would have asked Shailendra to act as a guru when he was really little more than a kriya novice. Do you know if he had a teacher after Satya Charan's passing?
