What has happened to the team spirit we had in our first few games? Especially at training last night, and at some of our recent games there has been a lot of arguing. If we want to have any chance of winning we need to get on as a team, and respect each other and the manager. We have Cuffley again next week and if we all argue like we did last night, we might as well not turn up. Karl puts alot of work into the team, and when he threatens to give it up he's not joking, I should know! And also, Terry's the captain for the rest of the season, so instead of criticising him all the time, we should respect what he says and trust his opinions. I'm not saying i do this all the time, cos i dont, but if we all carry on as we are we cant expect to do as well as we hoped.
