Though it did not show, the ebon steed was hurt by FireLight fleeing. It had been..a while since he had spoken to her. His emotion barrier never failed as he watched from the distance. Nothing showed in his dark copper oids, he was still, made no move to follow or listen to the conversation. He looked briefly at Nosferatu and nodded. Beside all the hate and confusion, the beast had bested him, and won some respect from the ebon steed. He looked at Scrapper, than at the gathering ahead. He shook his head, and turned, but something held him back. Why couldn't he leave?
