Insomnia. Lassitude. Abhorrance. Ziraga.

The lissome sorrel loitered in the opaque umbra cast by a nearby laurel, savoring obscurity and mulling over the oxymoron that was her life. She was a connoisseur of her own sort, controversially incnlined and an inexhaustible source of strife.

My entire existence has been a pretense, she thought acidly. Even when times seemed bright, I knew they'd sour. Happiness must have an expiration date like everything else. With this realization came the pain of struggling to not care. And how she fought for her apathy!

So now, in lieu of a loquacious preamble or anything remotely self-defining, she stood, shrouded in darkness, condemned to celibacy.
