Muffled thuds of hooves on solid ground announce the stallion's otherwise quiet approach. One black tinged ear points forward; the other, backward, keeping all sides covered. He characteristically keeps a wary brown eye upon Firelight. The male's carbon hued legs halt squarely; hardened black feet disturb only a slight plume of dust from the forest's dry floor. The thoroughbred stallion, painted a light auburn and pointed with darkness, lowers his muzzle only the slightest before raising it to a normal level once again. His halfhearted nod is only an acknowledgement of her presence.

"Firelight."

The bay greets her instinctually. His soft voice is cooly calm, yet it contains a certain edge of youthful expectance only Adrian possesses.

"What is it?"
