The plain bay stallion greets Starlight Express enthusiastically, offering him a cordial nod and a brief shadow of a grin. For a thoroughbred, he is quite small, standing around fifteen hands. His appearance is nothing exquisite, but his abundance of personality just might be. Chocolate brown eyes look upon him with energy yet also with a distinct coolness that never seems to leave them. Wonderful. Thank you. Once I know who all the council members will be, I shall call a meeting. A temporary look of dispair crosses his face. But I do not know how long it will take. Some of the territories are.. well. The stallion then shakes his head in quick dismissal. Better to remain positive.
