In desperation not to offend my minorites we are increasingly offending the overwhelming majority. I understand that a play in Birgmingham was recently cancelled because it depicted violence and chauvinism in a Sikh temple, and the managers of the theatre were sick to death of being hit with bricks and the theatre being set alight. Free speech? What's that?

Probably will be the first step towards banning free speech. Ironically, though the law actually seems to have encouraged more division and hatred between religions, through prosecuting those who make such illegal comments. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
