Subject: Driver, Fairway Woods and Hybrid Shaft Lengths

Hi,

I am a Left Handed Golfer. I bought a set of 1 Irons last year and they have improved my iron play immensely. I do have issues with my current Driver, Fairway Woods or Hybrid clubs. I believe it has to do with the shaft length of these clubs being too long. I understand that it is not economically feasible for you to make left handed 1 Iron Fairway Woods and Drivers. In which case, I was wondering if it would be possible for you to send me or make available the Chart you use to translate the WTF measurement to the proper shaft length for the Driver, Fairway Woods and Hybrid clubs you make for Right Handed Golfers. Like I mentioned above, I believe the stock shaft length of my current Driver and Fairway Woods are too long and that may be part of the issue that I am having with these clubs. To be able to find out from my WTF measurement using a chart to get the proper shaft length would be most helpful.

Thanks,

Lyle Thompson

Lyle,

Our club lengths are based upon our clubhead lie angles which are different from other woods on the market. Therefore, our club length recommendations would not apply across the board. I would suggest simply choking down on your woods to varying lengths until you find the spot where your performance is highest. Then butt-trim the shaft to that spot.
