Subject: 1Iron Adjustment Period

Your instructions for getting used to the 1Iron single length clubs say to hit 1/2 shots for awhile and then advance to 3/4 shots and finally full shots. Not sure what you mean by 1/2 and 3/4 shots. Do you mean 1/2 and 3/4 backswing or do you still take full backswing but just swing 1/2 and 3/4 as hard as a normal full swing? Thanks.

Joel,

This refers to the backswing.
