The two small miniatures had been delivered, and left in a small paddoc, awaiting their new mistress's arrival. Splash, in typical fashion, was cavorting around the enclosure, kicking his heels up and generally making himself look the part of a fool. He kept to the perimeter of the paddoc, so the buckskin mare kept to the middle, out of hte energetic stallion's way. A snort was given, and the young mare raised her head, auds flicking forward as a vehickle rumbled down the drive toward the barn. SHe studied the contraption lazily before going back to the grass, dark tresses flicking over her flanks lazily as she rid herself of her constant companions.
After a while, Splash calmed down, and joined Flash in the middle of the field. He squeeled at her, nipping at her to try and entice her to play. However, Flash wasn't having any of it, and ignored him. Soon enough, Splash quit bothering her, and lowered his own head to the grasses, grazing beside his newfound companion. They were all the other had now that they had been culled from the herd and sold.
