The uninstall wouldn't do much to hide your stuff from the feds.. even though you delete the files, its actually still there, all the operating system does is put a header on the file saying its suppose to be deleted.. If an uninstall were going to be made and you were that scared of the feds,.. the uninstall should delte over the subseven files plus overwrite them several times to permentantly delete them...
