Hi Everyone,

If you are in this situation, please let me know:

1) Are you tired of paying high interest visa, mastercard, department store cards, loans....?? Why not combine them into one mortgage and LOWER your monthly payments and interest costs. I can re-finance up to 90% of the market value of your home! Banks can only refinace up to 75% of the value of your home.

2) Do you have a 1st and 2nd mortgage?? Why not combine them together??

3) Have you had a bankruptcy and want a 2nd chance at re-establishing your credit?? Have you considered a secured visa....

4) Did the bank say no to your mortgage request?? If you are self-employed, new to the country, no established credit, previous bankrupt, have difficulty with credit(but RESOLVED). I can help you get APPROVED!

5) Do you have a mortgage coming up for renewal or buying a home?? Are you looking for the best rate?? I deal with most major banks and lenders. 5 Year posted is 7.75% My rate is 6.60% No need to shop, as I do this for you!!
