The empath used to be able to deal with all the rambling emotions, but that was a long time ago, when she had lived with other people. The year in solitude had given her a better grasp on her own emotions, not just the emotions of everyone else around her. "Please pick an emotion and stick with it, or just stop cutting yourself off and bringing everything back so quickly. I'm going to get sick from it." She usually wasn't so snappish, but she didn't fancy getting dizzy and throwing up from all the chaos. The other girl just needed to stick to one emotional state, that was all, unless she was feeling murderous, in which case Alexia would be high-tailing it out of there, literally. She took a deep breath and considered the other's question. "Sorry about that. I've lived here for about a year now. And the only other people I've felt were the griffin and the dog on the far side of the valley. Didn't get too close though, I was in mouse form at the time and it didn't feel too safe."
