親愛的台灣同學們:
我因為SARS關係沒回台灣去,但很不幸的是,票已經向大家所熟知的"葉遊"訂了,幾經波折(四個月)他依然以敷衍的態度在處理我退票手續,今天(9/30)在電話中跟他吵了一架還是沒有用,最後還是身為客人的我叫他冷靜一點(我是怕錢退不回來啊)才結束話題,當然,他叫我一個月後再打來問吧..!!(那總共花5個月的時間,還不一定得到結論),有這樣的agent你還敢跟他買票嗎?? 所以囉,請大家買票找別人買吧...免得你成為下一個受害者.
PS.有可能的話請告訴你身邊的朋友吧!
