Even IF they ban those little plastic grocery bags, which I use for my trash can liners by the way, HOW IS that going to help unless they ALSO BAN the use of those big plastic trash can bags or those smaller kitchen trash bags.

Bureaucratic stupidity at its perfection....

July Annapolis measure would ban plastic grocery bags. The City of Annapolis might soon officially answer -- and render moot -- one of the most burning questions of our time: paper or plastic?
